We do not accept any loss or damages, which relate to any proceedings which you may wish to issue in relation to divorce proceedings or through ancillary relief proceedings. We are. as a service, only providing you with the documents required and the advice and completion of such documentation and not actual general legal advice in the issue of such proceedings. Finally, we would add that if a Court of Law was to decide that any part of this disclaimer is not reasonable or cannot be enforced for any reason, this will not affect or relate to any other parts of the disclaimer which will be enforced or continue to be enforceable in any event. Refund Policy
Any requests for a refund will be evaluated by the management but will not be considered if the process, or any administration related to the process, has already been initiated by UKDivorce.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of business and disclaimers under our website or any service offered through it. The right shall not affect your terms and conditions accepted by you upon the completion or purchase of any documentation in relation to this site.

This agreement is covered by the Laws of England and Wales.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

These terms and conditions shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
